Refund Policy

At ShopHycosan, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, items are no longer needed, or on rare occasions an order may not arrive as expected. If this ever occurs, please contact us at info@shophycosan.com or through our website.

If the error was on our part, we will issue a full refund and cover all postage and return costs. In these cases, no restocking fee will apply.

What items are returnable?

To be eligible for a refund, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Security seals must remain intact and unbroken.

  • Returned to us within 30 days of the original order date.

In such cases, we are happy to process a refund; however, please note a 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover administrative and handling costs.

⚠️ Important: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any eye drops, sprays, or solutions, including all Hycosan products, once dispatched — even if unopened. The only exception applies to eye supplements, which can be refunded if the seal is completely unbroken.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
